Everyone tried to be a part of putting the star on top of the tree. The tall guy won out.

The kids did the tree by themselves and I thought it was beautiful.

Family Panhandling

You would think right before Christmas when kids are in need of money - they would offer to do extra chores and look for paying jobs - not mine - they just set their piggy banks out with signs on them. Well it only brought in enough for some dollar store gifts...but that's OK.

Harry Potter

The kids and I went to the midnight release of the movie on disk and made butter beer and watched the movie. Just so ya know, butter beer isn't that good. It has butter, butterscotch, cream soda and ice cream. Anyway, it was fun to try.
